Adopting the attitude of “there is always a way” Advantage All Development Group took on the challenge to remodel the southern entry into Warragul and construct Warragul Business Park Precinct on 24 acres, with prime highway frontage. This project incorporates a subdivision, creek realignment and construction of land and buildings, accommodating up to 50 businesses, for the purpose of advancing local business opportunities. While supporting businesses we have ensured we generate a good link to expanding parts of the town, enabling pedestrian and bike access along the reconstructed and thoughtfully landscaped creek. This project will work with the schools and biodiversity experts to enable the monitoring and success of the translocation of our Burrowing Crayfish. Proudly supporting our community. While creating an extensive and welcoming southern gateway into Warragul, it made sense to continue with the final parcel of land in this area, delivering the ultimate in waterway solutions, township links, and business opportunities where collaboration changes industry attitudes and delivers
