Designed by award-winning architects Wardle, in collaboration with UK-based Heatherwick Studio and Studio Snoop, the project embodies luxury integrated into the environment, featuring state-of-the-art wellness facilities, a serene meditation dome, a captivating amphitheater, and renowned cuisine. The existing Coldstream Airport will also undergo redevelopment works which include an expanded runway, new terminal, new heliport facility, new hangers with accommodation and a flight training school and student accommodation.-
